Molecular Sieve
SCST-701-5A molecular sieve is a calcium-potassium aluminosilicate with a pore size of 5A (0.5nm), which can adsorb any molecule smaller than the pore size. It is mainly used in the separation of orthoisomeric hydrocarbons, PSA separation and co-adsorption of water and CO2, and can be used in various sizes of gas pressure swing adsorption plants such as oxygen production plant, hydrogen production plant, and carbon dioxide production plant.

Product Regeneration
Water removal: depending on the pressure, temperature and water content of the regenerated gas. Under normal circumstances, the 200~350℃ dry gas passes through the molecular sieve bed at 0.03~ 0.05MPa pressure for 3~4h, to ensure that the outlet temperature is 110~180℃, and then it is cooled.
Organics removal: replace organic matter with steam and then remove water.
Applications
Removal of water, CO2 and H2S from various gas streams (including hydrocarbons), such as natural gas; also used for batch separation of straight or branched chain hydrocarbons.
Pressure swing adsorption to produce hydrogen and oxygen.
Natural gas to hydrogen technology
After pre-treatment, natural gas or other light hydrocarbon raw materials are mixed with steam and enter a special conversion furnace. Under the action of nickel catalyst SCST-20X, steam reforming reaction occurs to generate conversion gas containing H2, CO2, CO and other components. After recovering heat from the conversion gas, the conversion gas containing CO2 and H2 is obtained through water vapor shift reaction, and then purified by PSA to obtain high-purity H2. The PSA tail gas is returned to the conversion furnace for combustion and heat recovery.
Conventional Methanol-to-Hydrogen Technology
1. Methanol-to-hydrogen technology has certain advantages among various hydrogen production technologies due to its wide availability of raw materials, technological maturity, ease of operation, economic efficiency, and environmental friendliness.
2. Process Flow: Methanol and steam, under specific pressure and temperature conditions, pass through a methanol-steam reforming catalyst bed to generate reformed gas, whose main products are carbon dioxide and hydrogen. This reformed gas is then subjected to pressure swing adsorption to obtain product hydrogen with a purity of 99.0%~99.999%.
